Intellectual Property Rights & Copyright Policy
We respect the intellectual property rights of others, and we expect others to respect ours as well.
If you believe that any content on Tauaiss or platforms linked to Tauaiss infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, you may submit a formal complaint to our designated email:

Your complaint must include the following information:
- Physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the intellectual property right.
- Detailed identification of the intellectual property being infringed, including registration number and country of registration (if applicable).
- Detailed description of the material you claim is infringing, including its specific location on the website or application, with sufficient information to help us locate it.
- For design rights: clear identification of the claimed infringed design and its registration number.
- For utility model rights: clear identification of the utility model and supporting court orders or judgments.
- Your full company name, affiliation (if applicable), mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good‑faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the intellectual property owner or authorized to act on its behalf.
Upon receiving a valid notice, we reserve the right to take actions including but not limited to:
- Removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material;
- Disabling links to such material;
- Notifying the alleged infringer of the removal or restriction;
- Terminating access to Tauaiss services for repeat infringers, in accordance with our terms and policies.
