Return & Exchange Policy
The Company accepts returns and exchanges within 7 days of the customer’s receipt of the goods, under the following conditions:
- The product has quality defects.
- The product was damaged during shipping.
- The wrong item was delivered, or the item does not match your order.
Returns or exchanges are allowed only if the items are unused and in resalable condition.
Items Not Eligible for 7-Day Return
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Used products (electronic products are considered used once powered on).
- Products with visible wear, scratches, or damaged parts/accessories.
- Products with lost or severely damaged outer packaging (excluding normal unboxing) that affects resale.
- Products unsuitable for return due to their nature, as confirmed at the time of purchase.
- Any other condition where the item is not in original resalable condition.
